Meet Our Leaders

Pastor Lanier was born in Charlotte, NC on April 17th, 1953. He came into the Apostolic Church under the teachings of the late Bishop R.L. Hancock as a child in 1958. As a young man, Pastor Lanier strayed from the church but became rooted in Christ once again in the early 1970's. Pastor Lanier married his late wife, Sis. Benita Lanier in 1978 and they had two children together. Pastor Lanier worked as a Deacon in the church for many years under the late Bishop H.P. Hancock, until he was ordained as a  minister in 2006. Ever since then, Pastor Lanier has dedicated his life to bringing the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ over the pulpit. In 2015, Pastor Lanier and Pastor Cline came together in an equal partnership to start A New Day Church of Jesus Christ, and as they say, the rest was history.
