Meet Our Leaders

Deacon Baker was born in Charlotte, NC on June 16,1941. He came into the Apostolic Church under the teachings of the late Bishop R.L. Hancock with his mother, Sis. Dorothy Baker at a very young age. Through troubles and trials, along with troubled teen and young adulthood, Deacon Baker has always clung to the Lord's unchanging hand. Deacon Baker has been married to his wife, Sis. Loma Jane Baker, with whom he has two daughters, Sis. Rhonda Baker and Angie Baker, for almost 60 years. Deacon Baker has spent over 50 years working as a Deacon in the Apostolic Church and has made it his life's work for the Lord. Deacon Baker is always the first person in the parking lot before service and is always willing to help a fellow church member.
